Afe MayowaAfe Mayowa Lawrence
Managing Director

Afe Mayowa graduated with a B.Sc. degree in Geology & Applied Geophysics from Ondo State University Ado-Ekiti in 1988 and a Masters degree in Petroleum Geology, University of Port Harcourt in 1992.

He has trained and served in various senior technical and management positions. Until his appointment as Managing Director, Danvic Concepts International Nigeria January, 2009; he served as Country Manager, Paradigm Geophysical Nigeria April 2004 to December 2008. He also served as Senior Account Manager, Halliburton Energy Services Nigeria between February 2002 and March 2004. Between 1995 and January 2002 he worked with Location Sample Service Port Harcourt as Senior Petrophysicist and at the beginning of his career he started with Geotrex Systems as a Biostratigrapher (Palynology).

Professionally he is an active member of the Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists (NAPE) where he held and still holding key national positions. He was NAPE Vice President 2005/2006, National Secretary 2002 to 2004, Chairman, NAPE-University Assistance Programme (UAP) and currently he is the President of NAPE. He is also member American Association of Petroleum Geologists (AAPG) and Member Nigerian Mining and Geoscience Society (NMGS).
